Downtown Los Angeles

Downtown Los Angeles has has a major revival in the last 10+ years. There are a number of neighborhoods making up the downtown residential options.  The Arts District's new Loft-style apartments and condos in restored industrial buildings dot the landscape, but the Arts District is still home to a major rail yard, cold storage, warehouses, food processing, personal storage, government facilities, film locations and furniture and fashion design/manufacturing.  Thousands of resident artists in live/work spaces that support creative entrepreneurial businesses and non-profits also call this area home. In addition, the Southern California Institute of Architecture, one of the premier architectural schools in the country can be found in the center of this community.

South Park is a growing residential and entertainment neighborhood consisting of the new luxury high rise condominiums, lofts, The Los Angeles Convention Center, Staples Center and the mixed-use L.A. Live entertainment campus.

There are many unique and small shops for downtown residents, where cutting edge design and home goods can be found but with a newly opened Target Store and Ralphs grocery, the downtown residents have access to large scale amenities making downtown more and more appealing to home owners who want a vibrant and thriving urban and creative living experience without sacrificing convenience.
