Bel Air is an affluent residential community in the hills of the Westside of Los Angeles. Together with Beverly Hills and Holmby Hills, it forms the "Platinum Triangle" of Los Angeles neighborhoods. Residences in Bel Air tend to be private and hidden from the winding roads of the community by dense foliage and gates.  Properties range from modest ranch-style houses, to oppulant mansions on magnificent estates.  Lower Bel Air boasts some of the most expensive homes in the community, and is a very exclusive zip code.

  • Beverly Hills

Beverly Hills is one of the most famous neighborhoods in Los Angeles County and perhaps Southern California. It is a symbol of the embodiment of the entertainment industry, fame, and wealth.  Homes in Beverly Hills range from spralling estates to multi-family Mid-Century apartment complexes.  Rodeo Drive offers world class shopping and some of the top Hotels are located here.

  • Beverly Grove

The Beverly Grove area encompasses the neighborhoods surrounding The Grove Shopping Mall, The Farmer's Market and even towards the world famous Los Angeles County Museum of Art or LACMA.  Properties in this neighborhood range from single family homes and multi-family residences of various styles on grid streets in the Flats.  There are wonderful ammenities in this area including the shopping malls, Pan Pacific Park, fantastic boutique shops and restaurants on Bevelry Blvd. and 3rd Street and the famed Melrose Ave.

  • Hancock Park

Hancock Park and it's neighboring communities of Windsor Square, Windsor Village and Larchmont to name a few, are favored places to live for many.  The charming commercial strip of Larchmont Blvd. with its cute boutiques and restaurants and Sunday farmer's market, is a big draw for it's inhabitants.  You will see many people walking, yes, walking in the neighborhood which inspires a strong sense of community among it's residences. This area is centrally located, proximate to Paramount Studios, Hollywood and booming K-Town, and is an easy drive to downtown.  There are many traditional style homes, large estates and charming multi-family options in this area.  I lived in the Larchmont area for over 10 years - this is one of my favorite neighborhoods in LA.
